kitchens
The room everyone ends up in. We'll rethink the layout, the light and the flow, then handle everything behind the walls so it works as beautifully as it looks.
A note: moving walls and plumbing is where the budget goes. Finishes are where the personality goes. We'll show you where each choice lands.
bathrooms
Primary suites, guest baths, powder rooms. Most of a great bathroom is what you never see: the waterproofing, the slope of the floor, the framing behind the tile. We get those right first, so the room looks good on day one and still does ten years from now.
A note: it's often the quickest room to transform, typically three to four weeks on site.
additions
Extra bedrooms, expanded living space, second stories. Permitted, engineered and built to sit seamlessly with the original house rather than looking bolted on.
A note: permits and engineering set your timeline more than the build does, so starting the drawings early is the best move.
new construction
Start from bare ground and get it right: the site, the light, the structure, a plan that fits how you live. One team and one point of contact from the first visit to the final walkthrough.
A note: the decisions with the biggest payoff (orientation, structure, where the windows go) happen before we break ground.
adus
Room for a parent, a renter, a studio or a guest, on the lot you already own. We handle feasibility, permits and the build, and we'll tell you honestly whether your lot can take one before you spend a dollar.
A note: state law has made ADUs easier to permit, but lot size, setbacks and utilities still decide what's possible.

Most contractors hand you a number. We hand you a number and a vision — our designers put your wish list on paper so you can see the space before you commit to a single thing.

We've pulled permits in these cities for years and know the local offices — so we know what they'll ask for before they ask.

Our engineers confirm everything is to code and structurally sound before anyone picks up a hammer.
